Creating an Individual Fundraiser on Kindful

You can set up an individual online fundraiser page where your friends and family can make donations! It’s easy and you can change the title, pictures, and quote to reflect you. Follow these steps and email deena@northwoodshs.org if you have any questions:

1. Click here to visit the Walk With the Animals 2024 page
2. Select the option to Create a Fundraiser
3. If you already have an account in Kindful (you probably don’t), you can sign in on this page
4. If you don’t have an account, complete the information and submit
5. Before you can sign in again, you will need to confirm the email address you’re using
6. Sign in and click Causes on the left menu to navigate to the event main page for the Walk
7. Choose Details and then Create New Fundraiser
8. Name your fundraiser
9. Customize the images and quote you want to use, set your fundraising goal
10. You can share information about your fundraiser on Twitter/X or Facebook using the buttons or inviting people to donate from your page.

Creating a Team Fundraiser on Kindful

You can use your individual fundraising page to launch a fundraising team! Follow these steps:

1. Complete the steps to create an Individual Fundraiser
2. From your individual page, choose actions and “invite a fundraiser member”
3. Complete the information about the team member you are inviting (you’ll need their name and email) and you have the option of writing a short note inviting them to join
4. Hit the save button and it will be sent to them
5. They will receive an email with a link to set up their individual account and a code to join your team

Accepting a Team Invitation on Kindful

If you’ve received an invitation to join a fundraising team:

1. Follow the link in the email
2. Complete the steps to set your individual account
3. Once your account is active, choose Causes on the menu
4. Select the team you’ve been invited to join
5. Confirm the invitation code from the email
6. Once confirmed, you can choose Personal Page on the menu and customize your page name, picture, and quote.

Facebook fundraising

If you have a Facebook account, you can raise funds for the Walk by creating a fundraiser there. Follow these steps:
